Rooted in Logan, Ohio, I support families across a 70‑mile radius from Columbus to Lancaster, Athens, Chillicothe, Hocking Hills and surrounding communities, offering a circle of care that celebrates your journey.
I believe birth reveals a person’s strength, vulnerability, and love in their truest forms. I became a doula so every birthing person can feel seen, heard, and supported. You deserve care that centers you, your body, your voice, and your intuition.
About Me
Hi there! I’m Lauren Coulardot, the owner of Birthing with Lauren. I’m a mother to a very active little boy who fills my days with curiosity, laughter, and a lot of movement. I share our home with two mischievous cats, Serana and Lux, who are expert nap partners during story time, and a wife to an amazing husband.
Outside of doula work I love settling in with a good book while my son and the cats curl up beside me, sketching in my notebook, and losing myself in quiet creative time. I also treasure long evenings with friends and family the kind of relaxed conversations that leave you feeling lighter.
Those small, warm moments shape how I support families: attentive, calm, and grounded in everyday care and connection.
Stories, art, and close connections mean a lot to me. They remind me why I chose this work and how I want to hold space for the people I support: with curiosity, gentle steadiness, and a real enjoyment of life’s small, meaningful moments.
